Aimed at those of you who love riding off piste single track trails. Think techy, steep at times, sweeping berms and sniper roots. We’ll pick a skill, break it down, build it up and unleash it on a trail adventure.
Aimed at anyone, whether you have a thriving practise or have never tried it before. Your practise will work to mobilise and free-up rider specific areas of tension. While incorporating nourishing deep stretches to combat tired trail legs, shoulders, and spine.
Meet at Cannop Cycle Centre for a morning of on the trail, skills coaching and guided riding to make the most of off-piste style trails. Katy’s coaching will focus on keeping your flow on those natural single-track trails. Helping you to read the trail and ride it with confidence and control. Transfer by car to The Speech House Hotel situated just a few minutes from the trails. For Lunch and afternoon Yoga.
Enjoy an afternoon of Yoga inspired movement for the rider specific body. In session one we will mobilise, stretch and release to support post ride recovery. In session two we will play with balance and proprioception to enhance your riding ability.
Time for a Brew and a slab of cake before heading home.
