Yoga Chill


Join us for this monthly extended practise. A chance to stretch and rest as you enjoy a calming and nourishing way of moving your body. Yoga Chill combines longer held Yin stretches to unravel tightness in the body followed by restorative postures and guided meditation to rest a tired body and busy mind.
