Each week will target a specific area of the body, moving in ways to enhance performance and recovery, both mentally and physically. So that you can enjoy more of what you love, time out on your bike!
In this four part mini series you will learn how to use Movement as Medicine to reduce pain, increase mobility and assist in recovery from injury. These classes are a great addition to your rehab program. Or as stand alone support when the body is in need of TLC.

Combat those long hours at your desk with this 7 day course. Designed to release and stretch the key areas that get Tech Tired whilst encouraging you to step away from your desk and get your body moving. Pumping blood and oxygen around the body is the healthiest way to get you feeling motivated and energised! Join me for the next 7 days and I promise you’ll be feeling happier in your body and mind.
Day 1. Let’s start at the top. A short class to unravel tech tired neck and shoulders.
Day 2. It’s time to focus on the spine to combat the tech flex posture!
Day 3. The hips can often feel tight and painful from too much sitting. Lets get them feeling happy.
Day 4. Lets tackle the back. A class to lubricate the back from lumbar to thoracic to cervical.
Day 5. Neck, shoulder, wrists receive some feel good mobilisation today.
Day 6. The hips need to move in all directions to keep them healthy and mobile, so lets get moving!
Day 7. Let’s close the week with some back loving movements.
